Review summary

We booked a balcony room on the Deck 9. I was surprised that shampoo, lotion, etc. is no longer provided. Chocolates on pillow at night were also missed.

Selections at evening dining have also dwindled and I noticed the addition of three entree items that could be purchased. I realize that the price of food, etc. is escalating, but I would rather pay a little more and enjoy the amenities I had come to expect from RCI.

Our cabin steward was excellent. He was in and out while we dined.

The shows for those who had late seating were less crowded.

I just got back from cruising on ADVENTURE OF THE SEAS! FANTASTIC! She will be going into drydock this summer, for much-needed refurbishing. Even so, I hope she keeps her great signage! Easiest ship on which to find your way around, and I have been on AOS, MAJESTY OF THE SEAS, CARNIVAL DREAM, and RUBY PRINCESS!

I'm not liking what I'm hearing . Leave in a month for cruise with 6 girlfriends & 5 have never been on RC I have been on 5 this will b 6th with RC . I have been bragging about how great they are top notch service, food ect . Will be so disappointed if it's terrible . 😩

chocolates have been gone for a couple years now on RC, wasn't there a dispenser in the shower with shampoo? There was last year on Explorer. Princess still does chocolates at turndown, nice touch, although we still like RC best
