Review summary

We have always cruised with RCCL and have been very happy with them up until now. The ship needs an overhaul, The food was ok at best. Some of the staff was not the friendly helpful staff that we have seen on past trips. Our next cruise I will take a closer look at other cruise lines.

cabin was good a nice size balcony. Our room steward was very good and so nice.

It's a modern management thing to let facilities run down before an eventual overhaul. Constant vigilant maintenance hurts the bottom line profits. Hospitals and office buildings do the same thing these days.

I think your analysis is right. Hopefully they still make it looks nice in its current state come July 2016.

I thought so as well and we go in July on our anniversary...I'm a little disappointed but it's an awesome ship. Check the website for future cruises and see what you think.

Darn when we go in July it'll be quite long in tooth since it's getting ready for refurbished. Thought Voyager was all scheduled in spring guess they moved it.

October/November 2016...you can check future cruises and there is a gap in those two months. That along w it being one of five on the website to be refurbished I am thinking that must be the date.
