If I compare my previous RCL experience to this one, I would say they were worlds apart. On my previous cruise, the service was impeccable as was the food. On this cruise, overall the staff seemed disgruntled and the food was disappointing to say the least. The saving grace was our waiters Charlie and Prakash who really went out of their way to take care of us.

Overall, I am not sure I want to cruise with RCL again
