this is the second time on this ship and this ship is beautiful. However, passengers (mostly Puerto Ricans) made this an unpleasant experience both times on this ship. They took over every possible space, were loud and rude. During the shows, they talked over the performers and the last show was totally in Spanish. They dressed inappropriately for dinner and came very late to their seating. The food has been downgraded and not up to the standard we have come to expect from our many cruise experiences.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Overall the food quality did not measure up to the previous standards we have come to expect from Royal Carribean. Menu caters to the spainish population on the ship. Our dinning staff was excellent.

Terrible. Not up to standard. Ice show was good.l

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our dinning staff, Portofino staff and stewarts all did a fantastic job. Their job is not easy since many passengers just leave their dirty glasses, beer bottles all over the place. They are consistantly cleaning.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Very poorly designed for handicapped people. Would not have been so bad had the passengers allowed for him to get on elevators. The passengers left alot of trash around, soiled open diapers in public bathrooms. Could not access pools, basketball courts, miniature golf as the Puerto Ricans considered that their space and would not let us even get a chair. Casino was a similar situation.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our room was clean and our stewart did a great job.

Pros: Getting off the ship onto the islands.

Cons: The ship was overwhelming filled with local Puerto Ricans. They were rude, loud, pushy and completely dominated the ship. My handicapped husband was in an electric scooter and they would not allow him to get on an elevator. It was very frustrating.

Recommends Adventure of the Seas? No.
