top notch cruise

Sail Date: December 01, 2007

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Inside

Magnificent ship, large but very accomodating. Our rooms overlooking the promenade were more than adequate.

Pros: dining room service mostly, but first class service throughout the whole week

Cons: other than the ice show, the entertainment was fair at best. A magician, adult comedian would have helped

Don't Miss: beaches
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
A bit too aggressive with pushing tours.
Don't Miss: Magen's Beach. Fabulous view if you can take a cab and see it from above.
Curacao
Visiting the Sephardic synagogue is a must. The town itself is very European and the multicolored buildings are awesome to see.
Oranjestad, Aruba
Beach by the hotel district was outstanding. Every water activity available if you wished, and they were not overpriced.
Don't Miss: beach
