Celebrity needs to work on the food taste, selection and quality It felt like they were holding back and cutting back on portions and quality I was angry that I paid that much money and didn’t enjoy the food at all The only good food was the sushi spot other than that it was below average Norwegian has everyone beat The ship was beautiful and service was decent. But the food forget it

The regal princess ship lacks so many  aspects entertainment food variety specialty restaurants air-conditioned on the ships public areas  I have cruised on Norwegian Disney Royal Caribbean and the only reason I booked princess was because of the 12 the itinerary  we have four kids ages 3/8/11/13. I knew the ship wasn't really targeted for kids but I didn't imagined they would have so little for the kids to do.  The child centers were really small and  weren't even close to other  Cruise line ships grand and fun facilities. The  staff wasn't really welcoming and didn't seem happy to be there they didn't have the vibe that you see on other cruise ships  the only reason  my kids had fun was because they met other kids on

the ship    The buffet selection was horrible the food all seem to be fried and the same every day. the best buffet I ever had was at the Norwegian Cruise line. Princess was horrible it was almost like they were trying not to make too much food and save on everything they could.  The portions and food variety was below average   Even  to find a plate was hard  since they have them all the way at the end of the buffet   the drink stations were very far from the buffet and  they only  had two of them it was really bad  The design of the buffet was also confusing at first    They only had two specialty restaurants a steakhouse and Italian  both with very average food and service was very very slow   The ships public areas were always hot the elevators were steaming hot with humidity. everyone u spoke to complained that  the air condition was practically off and again the ship was trying to save money    The showers were really small and there was absolutely no water pressure   The entertainment was the worst everrrrr. They usually had classical music band at the Ship Center Court And a live singer that sang songs that made people sleep and walk away. Also they had a guy and a girl do some acrobat activities which also was very boring.  At the pool they had a DJ that was there for 45 minutes each day  and another black guy that kept telling us that he had 45 minutes to entertain us before you have to go  and all he did was play his drums    The TV screen they had At the pool usually had really bad movies and in my opinion they could've utilize it much better such as karaoke by the pool bingo by the pool etc. the cruise director was nowhere to be seen usually on Norwegian  Cruise lines they have a young vibrant cruise director that you always know and see. This ship felt like you were at a retirement home, old people everywhere driving mobility scooters I have nothing against old people just seems Like they targeted old people for this cruise line which was a real shame   The stores on the ship pretty much consisted of jewelry  and one miscellaneous store which consisted of a little bit of clothing and miscellaneous items. the gelato shop  was awful the quality was really bad.  The duty-free only had cologne perfume and a few bottles of alcohol really small and uninviting    The spa was nice but way too expensive My Wife went to get A foot massage and the lady wouldn't stop talking and gave her the worst massage ever my wife couldn't wait to get out of there when she complained they promised her to come back and get one by a  certified massage therapist the casino was real small most of the slot machines had one penny machines   The table games were very limited and  Warren always open the Texas hold them table was electronic.   The Itinerary was the best thing on  this trip other than Bahamas which I dislike everything else was nice but they made us get on the ship every day at 4:30 PM which limited our ability to enjoy the islands   When you come back to the ship there was no welcoming crew outside the ship  usually on other cruise lines they welcome you back with water and a crew that will take your dirty towels right there outside the ship after you brought them back from the beach full of sand it was really really bad service other cruise lines that were docked directly next to us  had their staff need them and greet them with juice water music princess just doesn't know how to cruise trust me.   Do yourself a favor and cruise with better more inviting fun ships there is a lot of them out there
