Celebrity Summit - Southern Carribean

The ship itself is very, very nice. Great decor, wonderful service. The islands were fantastic. Just the right amount of port stops. We ate in the formal dining room every night, so I cannot comment on the buffet food, but I feel there could have been more of a choice for the dinner menu in the dining room.
