If we order from the adult menu are they free or half price? Online it says half price but I read some other sites say free.

From memory I haven't seen a kids menu in the speciality menu, my kids just eat from adult menu or we are for something to be prepared for them no problems at all
Maybe email guest services ?

Does anyone have a photo of the children menu at the specialty restaurants? Or know what's on the menu? Typical burger, pizza and chicken fingers everyday or they change it up so the kids can try different things. Do they have different kids menu that cater to their French, Italian, Brazilian and Japanese type of food for kids to try or same standard menu?

Just booked today. We had looked into the Epic but were leary of all the complaints. This ship seems to be top of the line with very few complaints, looking forward to it.

hpycmpr   Nov 30, 2016 - 8:52 pm

I heard that ginger tablets might help too, I would suggest getting something just in case. It would be horrible not to enjoy the cruise. If there are bad seas don't look out the windows!!!

Never had an issue with sea sickness, but see lots of folks with either wristbands or patches behind the ear. I have heard about the ginger as well. Hopefully he can find something that works to enjoy the cruise.

Two other hints, if the seas are bad avoid all the way forward and aft. Stay in the middle of the ship. The two ends will bounce more. Also, if weather permits get out of your cabin and get fresh air if you are queasy. In worst case scenario, the ship doctor can give you an injection if you get really sick. I agree with Bonine and ginger. Take before you feel sick.

I'll be on the same cruise! This will be my 4th and I get motion sickness just turning a corner. Lol So I feel your husbands pain. Before my 1st cruise a nurse told me that 2 weeks before sailing start taking 2 ginger capsules a day. Then, 2 nights before start taking Bonine (like dramamine, but not as drowsy). Continue throughout the cruise. I have never had an issue with sea sickness at all! I swear by it. If that doesn't sound good for him, a lot of people say the patch works well. Good luck and enjoy your first cruise.

We're going on our cruise 2/12/17. This is our first cruise. My husband gets motion sickness easily. How do people do on a cruise? That's my only worry.
