There is plenty to do in Bermuda. I would do a tour of the island on the first day. We had a great tour with Heidi Cowan (and her blind dog Buddy). Only nine guests total in her van. Bermudafootsteps.com
St. George is near the caverns and you can take in The Dunking of the Wench. Hamilton has shops and restaurants but shuts down early except on Wednesdays. Near the pier is plenty of shopping and sights as well as a beach area with nominal fees.
Heidi took us to one of the most gorgeous and almost empty beach and we will be going there.

We also spent a day at Horseshoe bay, again we just took the bus. We bought a 2 day bus pass the day we docked and it was perfect for us.

When we went in May we booked the glass bottom boat tour and had a blast. We didn't do one with snorkeling because the water was still too chilly for us. But when we go back on this cruise we will. That was the only excursion we booked. Everything else we did we just took the bus, much cheaper! We went to the crystal caves and it was fun not as big as I thought it would be...
