This was a great first cruise for my husband. He got to experience Norwegian's first rate service, food, and entertainment. I love all the ports of call on this cruise. There's always so much to see and do.

Overall it was a good cruise but still needs improvement for buffet food and entertainment shows, also they need to find a way to speed up the embarkation and disembarkation process.

Ship was nice and clean. That’s the only good thing I had to say about this cruise. The food was absolutely the worst I’ve eaten on any ship. We skipped out a couple times on dinner just to go to Buffay and have pizza. Staff was good most of the time they had no no lines for at the bar you would wait in line like he thought you should infected come up and cut in front of you and be started right before you and the staff knew this… Unacceptable

Best cruise I have ever been on. Had such a good time and atmosphere was so nice. The dancers were better then any cruise I have ever been on. They worked hard and were always so friendly to talk Can not wait to use msc again in the future. Once you try msc you wont want to cruise the others ever again. Sorry for the person who went overboard.

Changing rooms put a bad taste in the cruise. Needed to have a trouble free vacation. After waiting 3 years to travel again, the agency should have done a better job.

Since we live close to the port, this is a frequent vacation for us. It doesn't disappoint -- would like some vegan items on restaurant menus to be added. Service overall was good. Spa is pricey but good.

Cruise was overall smooth, and each port was truly Amazing! We had so much fin in Bimini we want to return! Blue water and white beaches......what's not to love??

Treat yourself, as I did, to An Amazing way to spend end the year to rest and relax.

Great lower cost cruise due to the age of the ship but still a great experience. I would cruise this ship again for sure. The only criticism I have is Roatan. Not much to see there.

It was only OK I would not sail on the Sprit again would do others and newer ships

Fix the main restaurants (food and service)! Entertainment was excellent Pretty ship Poor design of cabins with veranda built into room. Ocean View Terrace where they serve buffet breakfast, lunch and dinners was pretty good (at least breakfast).

We had a very nice time .. Staff was awesome , plenty of food (even though some was very dry) so frequented the dining room was I must say was very nice experience. Met new friends that are frequent cruisers lol. they thought we should have been offered something extra since was our first time , but overall very good .. thank you!

the ship is huge and beautiful ! crews are the best around.

A nice break. We picked excursions that are kid friendly as we had a 12 yo and a 2 yo, and they all worked out. The only bummer was finding out the excursion we were truly looking forward to at Cozumel, going to Chichen Itzu was canceled. We had the letter in our cabin once we were boarded. Booked another excursion to San Gervacio and that was canceled due to fire as well, so we ended up going to Chakanaab. First port wast hectic with the excursion cancellations but overall, the trip went well.

Service from room attendants and food service staff was superb. Chefs were challenged to make soy and dairy free foods. Entertainment was also excellent. Internet service was intermittent. Check In approval was slow and approval did not come until Disney was called. First time on Disney Cruise and therefore was last to be able to book excursion and Activities. Two excursions canceled.

Boarding was quick, the new muster station drill was so much easier especially with a 5 year old. We tried family harbor for the first time and really loved it, the 1 free night of night owls was a great plus with the room. We really enjoyed the ports. Of course it wouldn’t have been great without Leeann’s help planning and booking!

The waitstaff and Cozumel stop were the best parts

A great cruise, overall. This was actually a makeup cruise for a Covid cancellation back in April 2020. Thanks again to Doc Reynolds for making all of our booking arrangements and keeping us informed as we planned and prepared.

If you’re a family, got lots of people you want to entertain. Teenagers that can’t wait to join the adults in the “adult only” parties (which are every single night- same music) then maybe this is it. Kids running everywhere. And 12 year olds at the adult only comedy night. Made it tough for comedians as they were dealing in the jokes to rate the PG because of the kids. I was not impressed with the dining. The buffet was fine. Lots of options. Again, if you expect a “star buck type” special coffee. Make sure you buy a drink package that includes that. There are a lot of drink packages. Not all are created equal. Especially if it was offered in the cruise price. Forme. I won’t go on another. Two was enough. Maybe a smaller Norwegian. Or different cruise. Because my overall impression is it’s was too crowded. Oh! And the fancy spa, with the “limited” number of entries. Don’t buy it. It was packed!!!! And I’m not sure about the Haven. But we saw some at the same Resturants and shows as we were. I recalled the price was a lot more. But. Not sure. Glad I went for the standard balcony.
