The next time we know not to go on holidays, sooo many kids with no manners. Wished the theater would have had nice shows instead of a comedian. We did not go to the theater since we don't care for comedians.

Love, love and will definitely cruise again and will definitely choose carnival.

This is a great ship. Nice size, easy to get around, the centrum is really pretty and there is always something going on there, with people watching from all the balconies. There's a fun vibe.

We had such a great time sailing with Celebrity Cruises. We are so glad that things are back to Open water's, beautiful sunsets, amazing people and just enjoying God's creation every day.

Great cruise to go on. I can’t say enough positive things about the cruise director MarQ. If you’re doing a carnival cruise research what ship he is on and pick his ship. You won’t regret it.

The cruise was as expected. My experience with defies logic. The agent assigned to me recommended cabins without knowing anything about them. She did not acknowledge my loyalty levels to find better accommodations, until I insisted that she take another (3 times) look. I was booking for a family trip and looking at the deck plans, I selected adjoining cabins that could be opened up and where one cabin could accommodate four people. When I got the receipt, I was booked in two separate reservations (not linked) and the cabins were decks apart. Wdhen I called for assistance, she connected me directly with Royal Caribbean and then she dropped off the line. I am capable of booking directly with the line. I expected service through the agent and have had better experience with other agencies in the past. When the line changed the itinerary and took out a day, I got an email but no information. When I called, she was clueless. And connected me with the line AGAIN. When I asked if she would monitor the reservation for changes in the prices that would benefit me, I was told to call back every week. WHAT?? The last time that she put me in touch with the line, I got a price reduction of almost $3000 that she didn't even know about. When the Royal Caribbean asked where to send the receipts, I had him send them to me. When it came time to make the final payment, I got an email saying that United didn't know how much I owed. WHAT? I called and spoke to the first agent that answered. Thank goodness! She was marvelous. She could see my reservations, she knew the prices, she could link the reservations (finally) and she tried to change my opinion of . I don't think that is possible. There are too many choices out there. If this was my first cruise, it would have been atrocious. I am so thoroughly disappointed in your customer service. I was recommended by a very happy customer. But I will not be back.

My title is based on rating the ship and service staff separately from Holland America Corporate. The ship, captain and staff were exceptional. Corporate's decision to nickel and dime you for far too many things left a bad taste in our mouths. Gratuities felt like nothing more than fees which should have been included in the pricing. Then on top of daily gratuities, you paid additional gratuities for any items you purchased. It felt at times like you given access to use the toilets but had to pay for the toilet paper + a gratuity. Too much selling on the cruise. Took a nice time and made it feel dirty.

Overall good family cruise. I did find photo packages were not reasonable. I find it is strange to pay extra $$ for the digital copy of exact picture you paid in print: digital copy should be included in the cost of picture. I also did not care of oversized pictures, I would prefer option to print smaller pics. I don’t understand why there is no digital package available as standalone photo package. I would prefer to pay fee for digital pics and print at home the ones I want with the size I like.

Overall this was a great trip! We are planning more of them now!

Over all it was great experience, ship is new and big, might feel complicated till you get known to automated, restaurant etc.
