Not many good activities for young adults and families. This cruise seemed to be geared for older adults over 65.

Excellent service and help from staff. Great entertainment. I caught some of the bartenders getting lazy and making my drinks with rail booze which made me upset but once I called them out they didn’t do it again.

Crew is awesome. very helpful and smiling faces everywhere. the ship is in an immaculate condition. very modern looking design. they even thought about smokers and having 3 nice smoking areas.

We traveled with 12 total, all family and close friends. It was a great cruise for our family holiday. Do it! You won't regret it.

Overall we had an absolutely wonderful experience. We are hooked on cruises and are already looking at our next one through , which really seems to have the best deals.

The ship is older and seemed very crowded, not sure I would cruise on it again. Food was ok but not great.

If you can not handle smoking than the ncl escape, breakaway, getaway are not the ships for you. I did ask what I can cruise on to maybe not be sick afterwards. The ship put smaller cabins so more people. For me that many people on one ship is not exciting. No seats outside. Lots of other things.

Very badly needs ability to communicate with other family members onboard and on land!!! Maybe free through your app or something??

Family Christmas Vacation!!! Was everything we hoped for great bonding time and fun for all !!! We are talking about next year already…

The cruise was a great experience overall! There were a couple long weight lines for some of the eating experiences but once I’ve learned the schedule, I could plan accordingly. Also, there were so many events that I could attend. I was never bored. The only hard day was the last fun day at see when the ship was rocking a little aggressively.

I was disappointed in that I was expecting a cocktail party for being the level Ib was which never happened. After all the money I've spent with Norwegian, Ib just didn't feel very special.

I did not have a great experience booking with . Next time I will book directly with the cruise line. has poor customer service.

The crew members were fantastic, The Entertainment Director was very Professional as well as Entertaining and informative The App is a plus. * At the private Beach ,chairs are needed in the beach/sand/swim areas. Some Seniors are not able to sit on lounge chairs Maybe Beach Tables and chairs would help

Wonderful and relaxing! We booked the Thermal Suite in the spa and it was great as they limit the number of reservations, so the area is not packed. Overall the whole cruise for the holidays was wonderful, the food was outstanding and the live music venues were great!

We went the week before christmas and it was packed but we still managed to find deck chairs and do most of the things we wanted to do. Seaplex is awesome. Food is great. Service is impeccable. Itinerary is for ppl who mostly want to relax/lay around on a beach - which was us! Only place with not-great weather was FLL. After that it was 80f & great.

We had a great family trip. There were a lot of up charges, but our family had a great time.

I’ve cruise many times in the past but this was definitely the worst owing mainly to the horrible food. No matter what I tried I could not find food that was warm or tasty it was all cold bland and mostly inedible

Rough seas and since it’s a smaller ship. You felt a lot of movement

Cruise was great! My challenge was with the airport to Port Canaveral transport service. It seemed disproportionately difficult to set up, and then I was given wrong info about the departure time.

Overall amazing cruise for my first time. Not over crowded even though u knew 3000 people were on. It amazed me that u never saw everyone all crowed at once until we got off the ship to leave or to port at an island
