Overall, we are hooked on cruises and absolutely appreciated the great time we had. Booking an Alaska cruise now 😎 Celebrity does an outstanding job!

Great but we are going back to Carnival. We were especially impressed with the boarding and offloading processes, which were much faster and more hassle free than Carnival, which is our usual cruise line.

The excursions were relaxing and pleasant (low activity level). However massive waiting lines put a damper on the pleasurable experience. More time at Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Jamaica would have been appreciated. Service was impeccable.

I am completely impressed with the organization & service provided by the Voyager Of the Sea crew. Best cruise ever!!!

1st cruise for me and it was WONDERFUL. Staff, events, day/night life was all perfectly arranged. Food/drinks were great. Absolutely nothing went wrong. I can't wait for my next cruise.

Overall this cruise experience was good but no where near great. The food was not near as good as we know RC can do. Several of the entertainment offerings listed on the app during the cruise were no shows on the second half of the week. The one word I would use for this cruise would be Disappointing.

This was our first of many. This cruise exceeded all our expectations. We cannot wait to take more in the future. We have all ready made a list of places we want to cruise too. Hopefully we will be taking a cruise every year from here on out.

This was a great cruise~ Loved the Ship but the shows need updating! So many are old and in need of replacement.

First ever was a success! Loved the spa room and getting our hat done. Our staff was incredible.

We had an excellent time on Carnival Breeze out of Galveston. Our embarkation day was really rainy, and they were having a hard time getting people boarded, but all in all, the boarding was still really smooth and organized! We had a great time, eating tons of ice cream, going to comedy shows, relaxing at the spa, gambling at the casino, getting fancy on elegant night, and exploring Cozumel. This was our first cruise but not our last! Our disembarkation was extremely organized. We took our luggage off with us and were able to get off within 5 minutes; off by 7:35! So much fun!!!

I was disappointed with the pool. There was a lot of adults drinking and sitting on the tanning ledge. Very intimidating for children to have to go around all of the adults. The adult pool was empty and the childrens pool was for very young children. We went into the pool once when all the adults went to an event. The hot tub had little children in it and I’m guessing it’s because they couldn’t get into the pool. The pool was the only disappointing part of my trip.

It was a lovely, fun experience. Everyone was very friendly, felt like a family!

A few things were not as good as expected. Room could be cleaner.

This was our 20th cruise on a variety of ships and cruise lines. HAL and Celebrity are our favorites. We didn't have one problem to correct and even the accounting was flawless! The industry has changed over the years, and I'm sure the cruising public has as well. It's hard not to miss some of the things we enjoyed about cruising years ago..., the midnight buffet, lobster, steak and prime rib offered at no up-charge, overall dressing for evenings and many little things..., but one must change with the times and still be competitive in today's market. Holland America appeals to us for the smaller ships and overall ambience and quality. This was a very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable cruise!

Overall it was very enjoyable. Biggest issue was debarking. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly and the activities were a lot of fun.

I have travelled on Carnival many times and this ship is by far the worst I have cruised on. The ship itself is old and needs to be refurbished or dry docked. There is little to no glamour to the dining room or lobby area. The common areas were frequently dirty and had spills or stains. Select staff were wonderful, but overall, there was little to no communication from most of the staff. The cruise director was not engaged with us except for once a day. The waiter in the dining room forgot our food and commonly let us run out of drinks. There was mass confusion by staff upon arriving at Grand Cayman, resulting in us missing out on excursions and only having 2 hours before having to be back on board. The selection of food was awful and often uncooked or cold. Coffee machines were consistently broken, and after many complaints water jugs were used. Food was often put away by staff during mealtimes and we had to frequently request cruise officers to inform the kitchen staff to put certain food items back out.

It was very nice. Getting on was easy. Getting off was easy. The ports were beautiful. The ship is too old though and the damn elevators kept breaking down so that wasn't very fun. Waiting and waiting and waiting
