our overall cruise was good! We love Carnival & have only cruised with a couple of other cruise lines a few times. This ship was hot & the air conditioning seemed to not be working very well. we had a fan in our room it did help some. The staff was great & very helpful & friendly. There was so much we wanted to do, but there was too much going on at one time. We really enjoyed the cruise director Marty he was very friendly & family orientated. One of the last cruises we went on the cruise director had a very potty mouth & cursed quite a bit. We had small children with us & it upset us quite a bit. His name was Donkey & he cursed all of time no matter where he was. we had not cruised for a few years do to him & his mouth. That might be okay for adults, but when there are kids there I don't believe there need to be all of that bad language! But Marty has let us see that maybe Carnival has chosen some family orientated cruise directors now. & we will be cruising a lot more now! Thank you

For as short staffed as they were, the majority of the workers were kind and smiling. Carnival isn't my favorite but they are very cost effective.

My bed I had them try to build it up, it didn't help! I had back pains the whole trip! The obstruct view u WILL never do again! Enjoying my family was bomb!

Overall everything was great. I would sail this ship again. The elevator were a learning curve and difficult for mobility impaired people during embarkation and disembarkation especially. The main dining room service was slow. All the other food options were great as usual.

This was an awesome ship and itinerary. There was so much to explore. Can't wait to do the sister ship in October.

Overall a wonderful experience. Our goal was to relax so extra days at seas was perfect. Plenty to do on the ship for all ages or places to just do nothing. Highly recommend the Spacious Oceanview corner rooms. Biggest non suite I’ve ever seen on a cruise. Food was underwhelming but good enough. Specialty restaurants were fantastic though.

We had the best 20th anniversary trip on the Beyond! They treated us so wonderful! The food and entertainment was superior! We really enjoyed the ports and the ship! Just a great way to relax and travel and just enjoy yourself!

Was an ok cruise, because of the excessive noise outside of our cabin in the hallways from people passing through between the hours of 12:30 A.M through 2:30 A.M we had very little sleep in (11) days. I informed Customer Service of the excessive noise but the noise continued the duration of the cruise.

Not the best experience. Food was only fair, room seemed old and small. Rough sailing (seas).

Ship staff in all areas couldn’t have been more accommodating or performed any better.

Fantastic food and service, most comedians were good, itinerary was excellent. Carnival handled the Baltimore port closure well, providing buses from Norfolk to Baltimore, and issuing $100 per cabin of onboard credit.

We were very disappointed. Especially when it comes to a variety of food which was none compared to other ships, This was our first European cruise and most likely the last. The stores on the ship also have nothing interested to sell. Just a regular priced stuff you can buy on land.

All in all we had a pleasuarable vecation with some major and minor issues. I would not sail on this ship again.

This trip was perfect from start to finish. We felt the love from the staff and enjoyed every activity we participated in. We never had to wait for anything there was always someone on hand to take care of our needs. Our housekeeper Karl was the friendliest and most thorough I've ever had on a trip our room was immaculate everyday!! Devan and Nigel deck 4 table 454 was the best dining experience I've ever had. These 2 servers were spot on so professional and made us feel incredibly welcome!!! Can't wait to cruise this ship again!!!

Had a great time. 10th trip on Royal. Second time on Symphony. The first time was in Europe. The ship is big, but yet you feel like you have the place all to yourself sometimes. The food is great, our room was great. Our steward even made sure there were always wine glasses for us.

We loved every Aruba, Curaçao, and Jamaica was a pleasant surprise. Entertainment, activities, food, service and staff were superb. Relaxing on our balcony was our sweet spot!

With the exception of dining room menu (the expected high quality choices) which I think was not always the best dinner choices, the cruise and total experience was wonderful.

The Magic currently does three different itineraries out of Miami. The eight night cruise is the longest. This cruise goes to the ABC islands off the coast of Venezuela and the DR at a reason price. The cruisers from all walks of America life where great. Met tons of folks and all where very hospitable. The food choices are good. Service was excellent.

Great cruise! Good mix of ports and sea days. Allowed us to visit ABC islands while departing from Galveston near our home. Bonaire and the private island in the Bahamas were our favorite. Not sure why NCL excursions have zero reviews. They should have thousands. (Only place I could make this comment in the survey). Best inside stateroom I’ve been in. Great shower and lots of electrical and USB outlets). Very good food and entertainment. Not the best activity venues for my liking. Get rid of the humidor. Smells up the hallway with cigar odor. Resize the pickleball court.
