Very sorry that Carnival has decided to reposition this ship to Florida like Florida needs another carnival ship. This ship from my understanding was supposed to stay in the New York City port. But the good part is we have MSC that is staying in New York year-round and the ship is beautiful

This cruise was a perfect duration and relaxing enough to enjoy a vacation while also being entertained and experiencing beautiful new places.

My lack of sleep made for a horrible cruise for myself, husband and another couple that went with us and happened to be their first cruise.

This was our first family cruise and we all said we would do it again. This ship had something for everyone. We also had family photos taken which turned out amazing! Our photographer was awesome and helped us capture "us". Thanks, Carnival for a wonderful family trip!

Very much enjoyed. Would travel Vista and other Carnival ships again.

This cruise was an affordable opportunity for all our family to experience together. We cannot adequately describe all the meaningful memories we made in the venues on this ship. We're hoping to rebook on the Freedom of the Seas in the future!!

Staff was 100% the best. Food was great. Drinks could have been better. I wish they had better activities for young adults between 18-20. TV mainly news or sports.

Everything was beautiful from the dining room to the excursions.

This was my first Royal cruise. I do not see much difference between NCL and Royal. NCL gets a leg up since they include the drink package in the cruise fare and they have more late night eateries available.

Celebrated our honeymoon on this cruise. Had a great time. St Thomas was our favorite stop. Such a beautiful island. Star lounge was our hangout spot after dinner. Highly recommend 👌

Freedom of the seas was great. This was our first experience with royal Caribbean. It was awsome.

This cruise was what I have come to expect from Carnival. It’s acceptable. You pay so little for the accommodations, and then every teeny extra costs more. Special restaurants, excursions, WiFi, even the little messenger app costs money. I have cruised on luxury companies like Ama Waterways. Completely opposite experience. But Carnival is a fraction of the price, and so of course you receive a fraction of the experience

Enjoyed our cruise. Would do this itinerary again.

Stick with Royal, Carnival, Virgin, Princess, any line other than MSC. This was our 16th cruise, we know what we are doing. I called MSC 6 times over the course of 9 months to ensure we had prepaid our tips, because I never saw them listed specifically on any documents, and I was always told "tips are included in your fare, we don't do them separately, like other cruise lines" with pride they said tips are included in the base fare. On day 3 we were hit with over $300 of tip charges because we had not prepaid them!!! I will never sail MSC for sure because of this. They lied to me for months and I knew that I needed to prepay tips and I tried repeatedly to prepay and they said I didn't need to.

We had not sailed Carnival for 8 years after an unsatisfactory experience. We decided to give them another try on one of their larger, newer ships. Well, it will likely be another 8 years before we consider Carnival again. This is just not our "vibe". It is very noisy and passengers are less friendly than on other lines we have sailed. This was our 33rd cruise and we have come to expect certain things. Carnival did not deliver. Even MSC provided a better experience.

My wife and I are in out 60's and we had a great time. We enjoyed the ship and the atmosphere. Two of the three ports were private port situations which are not overly exciting for us, but I booked the cruise knowing this. The ports were not are main criteria for selecting this cruise.

This was our first time cruising to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. She totally enjoyed the entire cruise. Our other family members did as well. We are in the process of planning the next cruise

Just enjoyed relaxing and being waited on, all play, no work. Enjoyed being with cousins.

Itinerary was changed and did not care for the ports of call we went to but I know that was due to storm. It just seemed like because our cruise was shortened by 2 days the entertainment was not what we were used to. The same Headliner was on board that has been on other cruises but I guess that’s the disadvantage of cruising with same line a lot
