The ship should have a package that just supply bottled water.

Very chill cruise, though sitting poolside was hard with such little pools. Amazing staff and service everywhere you could possibly be.

Overall a great experience for my 1st cruise. I had alot of fun and will book again soon.

Exciting, Beautiful, great for lovers, All inclusive package was just right for us. Calming, Clean, Well established, Happy staff and attentive. Excellent food. View of the Ocean speechless and mind blowing. We would love to do it again. Thank you.

Very nice cruise for a party of 17 celebrating as a Bachelorette/Bachelor party. Other than dinner seating being a nightmare, the cruise was enjoyed by all.

The person that I was traveling with was on their first cruise and this was my first cruise as an adult. It was a great experience.

The BJ's perks that were promised on this cruise did not come through for all my rooms. Very aggravating! Lots of issues on BJ's travel side, including a representative accidently cancelling my cruise and all my reservations purchased for specialty dining, my time dining, and drink packages. It was a disaster.

need new ports of calls, not Nassau somewhere new

Definitely worth the price. Did not appreciate being reprimanded by front desk staff member for not reading the Voyagers Club contract in its entirety while I was trying to resolve an issue that had lingered unresolved since March. I was already frustrated that no one from Voyagers Club responded to my correspondence in the prior 7+ months and every time I reached out to Customer Service received the same answer " nothing they can do - need to email Voyagers Club". I cannot comprehend that your Loyalty Department has no supervision or alternate source of contact.

You get what you pay for. The ship is beautiful but don't expect superd entertainment on board or five star food. The staff does there best but they are overworked. The ship leaving out of Brooklyn you can tell MSC doesn't care if their guest have a good time since they have the monopoly on the Brooklyn port. I think MSC would try harder to make guest time on board more enjoyable if they had more competition from other cruise lines leaving out of Brooklyn.

This cruise was relaxing and the service and staff was excellent.

Unless you have a lot of money for the Yaght Club Experience you can do a Lot better than this cruise. The food and entertainment is mediocre. You barely saw the cruise director. Had no prior knowledge of a white party so I didn’t attend that because I didn’t have all white clothes. Gala nights are not even announced in advance and aren’t that spectacular. Not enough seating on the ship for people to enjoy the entertainment around the bars. No compensation given for missing out on the major port of the trip. Entire ship is designed for you to spend money. All the shops are expensive and you can’t get basic things like toothpaste and potato chips. I won’t be eating hamburgers and pizza for a long time.

This ship really tossed us around in what I would call moderate seas. Looks tiny next to the other three ships in Nassau. It's just too old and I'm guessing the technology for stabilizing the boat is generations out of date. Worst buffet out of many many cruises. Pass this class of ship by.

Was a great cruise for a first, affordable but not the best for drinks. It’s amazing for the value and experience. I would do a second time without a doubt.

been on many cruises, mostly carnival and celebrity but this by far was the worst, poor food, bartenders who are lazy and disgruntled and dont want to make you a drink, no drink service on board, you must go get everything, no waiters , ship is outdated, activities are minimal and food was below average even for a buffet, cold and not completely cooked.

Sailing through Florida and the Bahamas was incredible! I loved the clear blue waters, vibrant marine life, and relaxing on the sandy beaches. Exploring local culture, snorkeling, and enjoying the cruise amenities made the trip unforgettable.

Ship and the aft stateroom with balcony were clean. The cabin was laid out nicely and the shower was a decent size. Lack of activities offered onboard for the extra day at sea were disappointing. Repeated requests at the concierge desk for items that were to be included in our package were ignored.

We had a great time on board the Celebrity Reflection. Unfortunately the weather was too windy to be able to dock at Coco Cay, but there was plenty to do to keep us entertained on the ship. The ship was clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food and drinks were great.
