The ship itself is beautiful! We sailed star class and our genie Agostina was absolutely amazing! We had a star loft suite 10734 and it was amazing! Our housekeepers were wonderful! There is so much on this ship for the kids to do it’s incredible! We were on the 12 day and my kids were never bored! The food on the other hand well that’s another story! There isn’t a lot of options like the oasis especially for a 12 day trip. It was hit and miss for service in the restaurants and the food wasn’t near as good as on the Oasis. Started out good but by mid trip it went down hill pretty fast! We’d call for room service and didn’t get cheese in omelets or enough place settings. This happened twice! Also had lobster tails and shrimp cocktail one night and didn’t get the butter or the cocktail sauce! Coastal kitchen we had runny scrambled eggs twice and cold food or very lukewarm food! Other then that we had a wonderful trip! Johnny rockets had great food! Wonderland is good to try once! We did have chops 3 times the last night was not good but I honestly think the food is being kept too long! We did a kitchen gallery tour and the chef said a lot of the food is going bad it’s hard to keep for this long of a trip! Jamie’s Italian was good but I’m not a huge pasta eater but it’s worth a try! All the bartenders on board were very friendly! The only other thing is this ship has a lot of older people on it which we couldn’t figure out because of the amount of kids things to do! This ship is a must do once! If it was ported in Florida we would sail on her again!

I won’t do another oasis class. This is our second one and both had a lot of issues that we’ve never had on smaller ships!

Nice ship! Had a problem with our toilets not flushing but they got it fixed quickly! Awesome staff on bored. Did find a not so friendly bartender at the pool bar but that was it!
