Very disappointed that Charline gave us 2 booklets of coupons and did not tell us that there was a charge. I found out about the charge when I got my bill for $50. I will not be satisfied until I get the $50 refunded to my account. The coupons are useless and so it Charline. The cruise customer service was useless too and did not help resolve my problem.
