Avalon is always a great visit. First time in Ensenada. It was a good time.

Excellent! Had bags out by 10PM the night before and they were gone in less than 10 minutes. Next morning we were out of our room by 7:30AM, had breakfast, made arrangements w our driver, exited at our own time since we had FTTF, found out Zone 2 for baggage claim, porter loaded our luggage and took us to pick up area. Easy peasy! Whole process prob took 15-20 min.

This is the third time we have left from this port this time they seemed slightly disorganised with the lines but was still on the ship in 30 mins which was better than we thought when we first arrived at the port.. Porters where great not a problem with our luggage ... Would of been good to have a store with drinks set up to purchase before you board the ship as we had come straight from Anahiem with no stops .. but only a small issue no big deal ...would cruise from here again :-)

By far the best embarkation we’ve ever experienced. We walked straight onboard. Inline check in made this possible. Beautiful ship,the splendor, kinda sad that she will not be going out of long beach here in the future. Had an absolutely great time on the ship. It was older but well kept up classy ship. Would have loved to cruise on the splendor again before she goes to Australia. If you get a chance book a cruise on this ship, just beautiful!

Did not do an excursion but getting on and off boat was wonderful - no problems - I would recommend the Faster to Fun pass though so no long lines
