Embarkation went very smooth. Debarkation was okay. A long line but it went fairly fast. Needed more custom agents. Took the Manhattan Transfer excursion through Celebrity. Terrible terrible excursion. Do not waste your money. Would rather say at the airport for hours.

Embarkation/Disembarkation point. Nothing to see here, but the ease of beginning and ending your vacation is seamless. We were on the ship within an hour of arrival, and off the ship in a similar amount of time. I couldn't believe how smoothly things went. Very impressive operation.

Cape Liberty was easy to get to using our car,s navigation. The signage for parking was easy to follow. The parking garage is secure. Parking cost $100 for our five night cruise.

There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of traffic but the overall process ran as smoothly as could be expected considering the delays the crew and port staff were working through. Many thanks to all those working hard to provide the best experience for guests regardless of the circumstances.
