We explored on our own. There are lots of things to do, but the drivers were so aggressive and people were so rude that I don’t want to return. No shore excursions were available.

The National Aquarium is a MUST! And dinner at the outside, water front Phillips Seafood Restaurant is paramount.

Before using this port, we only left out of New York, which was a bit too crowded for our anti social family. Baltimore however was so much smoother. Arriving and departing, the whole process was excellent.

The Cruise MD Terminal experience was great. We were in, scanned and had our sign and sail cards in less than 15 minutes. You will need your passports or IDs out in hand as well as your health questionairre.

It's our home town. The city is not desirable in the least but the port was extremely easy to navigate.
