The city is easily walkable. Stroll the harbor pathway and stop at Fisherman's Wharf and for Afternoon Tea at Huntingdon Manor. Then, walk to the end of the pier near the ship.

The port is a bit of a walk from downtime, but it's easy to hire a ride. Did an excursion to Butchart Gardens. It was beautiful and the weather was perfect.

Wish we had stayed in this port longer. Make sure if you dock in the evening to get right off so you can see all the city. We walked from port to Fisherman's Wharf and up to the Government buildings and then back. Very clean and safe city. Locals are very helpful and friendly.

Our itinerary only allowed for a 5 1/2 hour stop. But we managed to get to the Butchart Gardens for a 2 1/2 hour visit and it was amazing.
