Could spend 3 days at this town and still not be satisfied. Loved the floating houses and restaurants and fisherman’s wharf. Also loved taking the harbor ferry!

Victoria, BC, is a city that maintains its old English charm. Aternoon Tea is served every afternoon in the Empress Hotel on the Inner Harbour. This chateau is a remnant of the days of passenger rail in Canada. Elsewhere, you can discover Craigdarroch Castle or take one of Victoria Transit's double-decker busses to the West Shore community of Colwood to visit Hatley Castle. This great stone edifice will be easily recognized from films and TV shows like Deadpool, Smallville, McGyver and X-men. The Butchart Gardens is another of many popular sights. For a slower day, consider a visit to the Royal BC Museum on the Inner Harbour and watch an Imax film at the National Geographic Theatre.

Don't bother with tours here. Just head into town for a bite to eat and drink at the Irish bar. I was there until 10pm listening to an awesome bank and watching the locals.

Beautiful city. I live 40 minutes away from Victoria so I took advantage of the quiet ship while we were in port. Would recommend visiting Butchard Gardens, BC Legislature building at inner harbour, BC Royal Museum at inner harbour.

We walked into town which a bit farther than advertised, but well worth it and well marked. It is a beautiful place and next visit we plan to book a tour to properly see and learn more.

Victoria is a beautiful city. We took the $10 shuttle into the city and walked around and did some shopping. My wife can now say she had been to Canada.
