Tour through the city wasn’t great, bus driver doesn’t like the people in government. But chart gardens were beautiful. The ship docking an hour later then original itinerary prevented us from having the full experience.

The weather was gorgeous, just wish we didn't get there so late. We really couldn't explore much since most of the places closed at 9. 3.5 hours boo

We stopped from 8 PM to 12 PM. Only visited a couple nearby gift shops. What can you possibly do during this time frame? It was already dark. I can only say I was in Victoria and that's all. Nothing exciting at all.
