Everytime I go here I love it some of the market people recognize me straight away. I love it here they are so friendly with so many stories. Each time I come here I do something different and it's beautiful there. Looking forward to going back

We did an excursion through a private operator. We had a great driver and enjoyed being shown around by him but were disappointed in the turtle sanctuary. I understand the locals have their own culture and way of doing things but "sanctuary" isn't a good term. Turtle prison would be more appropriate.

Took a short helicopter ride from Australian local run service. Excellent pilot. This is the best port for duty free shopping. Check out several for individual needs.

We did a ship snorkelling tour - was incredible. The markets were good, but sellers here were far more pushy. Also local tour guides were hanging out at one end of the market hassling people to do a trip with them. That was annoying. We didn't end up going into town.

My husband booked a scuba diving excursion with a local company prior to arrival. I booked a shore excursion through the ship, to tour several places around the island. Both excursions were great. My tour guides were knowledgeable and personable. Beautiful place.

I was there last week on Splendor, I did the Bridges of Eden excursion it was wonderful. They provided safety harness and mosquito repellent. After the excursion everybody on the van decided to stay at the shopping center and after you can go back to the ship on our own. The driver mention we will be charge $5.00 AU dollars. It was ok. I was walking browsing stores and I realized 2 guys were follow me around the souvenir stores. I found a group from ship getting inside liquor store and I got inside with the other people and surprise surprise the security and the cashier deny the entry to the 2 guys that they was still trying to follow me and getting inside. Scary. After I got a taxi and I had to go back to cruise. And the driver told me $10 for the ride.
