Sydney is beautiful. Fortunate to live here but there is plenty to see and do which caters to all ages. Highly recommend the bridge climb if you have a few days to spare.

This was not our first visit to Sydney. We did do an excursion to the Blue Mountains, which we arranged via our hotel on arrival.

We are arriving in Sydney from Canada April 6. looks like we can buy opal cards at the airport good for bus/ferry/train (great idea) I see they add a punitive access fee at the airport of $13.80 to the fare for public transport downtown ( one more tourist rip off, shame on them). we will take it just the same. Does anyone know if its easy to get on the train trailing suitcases? They look like double decker trains . we are in our 70s but pretty fit .
