It was a really long drive. Loved the wineries and lunch. At this point, we just wanted to take another trip to just stay in Chile. However, the airport experience was a painful fiasco. We will never visit Chile because of the airport. We were dropped off with no direction and no one at the airport would help us. Really ruined the experience for us.

We actually did a tour in Santiago since we were flying home from there. We were very impressed with the modern city, yet it had many parks inviting people to be outdoors exercising, biking, walking. Our guide was amazing bringing us to a traditional restaurant near the gondolas and large park, and then to the Dominican Handicraft Market. It was definitely a 5 star tour!

We flew in the day before and spent the night in a waterfront hotel. Lots of deals, pelicans and other creatures along the coast. Otherwise, we didn’t see much to do there.
