This was our 1st time in the Panama Canal and if you haven't been there yet...you have to do it! It's such a fascinating on how the whole process of the locks work. After going through the locks we hung out in Lake Gatun for a little bit then returned back out to the Caribbean Sea.

Very interesting

We did the ferry through the old locks to Pacific. An experience of a lifetime! It does take all day…but worth it.

We did a partial transit to Gatun lake and back out. Really cool to watch the ship go through the locks and the water rising and falling. Wish they offered an excursion once we got to the lake and day for a few hours.

The Panama Canal visit was a real highlight. The ship went through the three new locks at the Caribbean end, and we took an excursion on a smaller ferry through the rest of the canal - all the way to the Pacific. Although it took much longer than expected (because of unexpected delays with canal traffic and waiting for canal pilots), it was really great!

It’s a dream come true. You have to see it in person to believe it. The most amazing things to see.
