Did the New locks and San Lorenzo fort excursion. Both were great.

had bad shore excursion experience with tour bus sound system (deafening speaker pops) and tour guide who did not accomodate slower walking passengers - cruise line offered some reimbursement via future cruise credit tour of canal operations part of excursion was very good but only a small part of overall tour

Seeing the canal was awesome and then traveling to Panama City was very nice

The Panama Canal excursion was fantastic. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go through two of the Canal's locks.

Went to the locks and aerial jungle tram. Had a great time.

Taxi and shuttle bus are very aggressive. They charge as much as Norwegian charges to take people to the airport.

Canal visit great - too long of a bus ride to Panama City, though nice when there.

There is not much there when you get off the ship.
