It is so small you can see it all without booking an excursion. We did book a half day and went to some of the other French Riviera cities. I wasn't disappointed but would have preferred to stay in Monaco.

This is the most unbelievable place I have ever seen. The pure wealth and design of the city will blow you away. Pictures do not justify.

We walked around on our own for 2 hours. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony looking at the yachts and buildings.
