Have been to Cabo many times. (First time 30 years ago when it was a single old dock and gravel streets). Best thing is Cabo is the Starbucks you can walk to.

Loved Cabo. Spent two days there and visited the port both days. Tender experience was a little wild due to high winds and very high winds. Many of the shore excursions were cancelled or changed the first day due to weather, but that happens, occasionally, and our group just rolled with the changes.

I love this place. Take a water taxi to medrano beach. It’s cheap and you get a low cost boat ride. It’s a great swimming beach. The food at “The Office” is really good, and they will set up a table for you on the sand.

First time cruiser, and I was excited. I just wanted to experience my first cruise with no expectations. First, the vibe of the ship was very nice; everybody was extremely friendly and funny. Second, there is so much to do: we had no problem finding an activity that fit us. If you like to partake in spirits-please get the beverage package. I am not a big drinker, but it was stress free to order beverages every where we went. Finally, I do not recommend the main dining room. My husband had great service, but I was invisible. He was asked if his meal was okay-I was not. He was asked if he wanted another drink-I was not (even though his glass was half full and mine was empty). We discussed this and my husband apologized for not realizing, and he resolved to make sure this did not happen again. The next morning, I once again went to the main dining area by myself for breakfast. Because I was a party of one, I had to wait a long time to be seated (about 15 mins) while parties of 2,3 or higher were seated immediately. I finally was offered a seat. The waiter came and took my order within 5 minutes, and my food came out quickly. My order was wrong and incomplete. I waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to come to my table. I couldn’t even flag someone down. By this time I am extremely upset and hungry. I got up to walk out and the manager at the door got a earful when he asked me how my meal was. He wanted my room #2642, and he wanted me to sit back down, do he could make it right. I told him that I was too upset, and I would not be eating here again. We ate at the Chops restaurant and it was wonderful! Our server Jim was personable, friendly and prompt. We made another reservation because there was no way that I was going back to the main dining room. I guess you get what you pay for.

We did our own thing, no excursions just a long walk with a breathtaking view. Cabo Wabo is a must see & drink. Port is beautiful, glad to see the rebuilding was successful. We felt safe and the area was clean.

We tendered in from the ship, without any concrete plans. Once ashore, we booked a nice and very scenic boat trip to see the arches for $20 each; well worth it but I suspect if we walked around a little further from the tender area the price would have dropped substantially. Just walking around the nearby area was pleasant. Lots of jewelry stores, shops, restaurants and bars. We popped into Cabo Waco for some overpriced drinks. Very touristy. The beaches looked lovely too. I would definitely come back, but not my favorite port in Mexico.
