Tours did not offer enough bathroom breaks or leisure time.

The port of Tallinn is located at the foot of the medieval city. Wifi is free at the port. The city can be visited on foot, since almost all the attractions are in the medieval city and it has many pedestrian streets. We took a shuttle bus to the medieval town. We walked on the fortress and took lots of pictures!

We walked on our own - very easy as the port is about 15 minutes walk from the town. Very picturesque and a good visit

We had a really good tour guide on our excursion that allowed the right mix of free time. The city was beautiful.
