Did a Whale watching excursion which was not really the best. The Catamaran was lovely and the crew were very attentive. The meal we were served though, awful white bread with plastic cheese! We were told they could more or less guarantee we would see whales, which we did, but the chances of seeing Dolphins was very remote, I don't they even looked for any. We were supposed to be going to a bay for swimming but when we got there we were informed the current was far too strong - I was REALLY disappointed.

Can walk on and off ship to terminal and into town. It is quite a walk but nice sidewalk all the way to terminal and town. Beautiful place. Lots to see. Great public transportation and trams. Cute. I was in a boot and cane and able to get around fine.

Beautiful island much bigger and mountainous than I expected. Limited to a ship's tour where you have to stay with the group (no independent shopping or dining) that did just about as good of a job as possible. Nice vistas for photography.

Tenerife - Spent three days walking the island, which sadly was still affected by the bad weather of the previous week with closed roads and footpaths. However, bearing in mind the snow across Europe, we did well with sunny and warm weather.
