We used the Red Bus hop-on hop-off service which was subscribed via the ship and was a disaster. They did not have enough buses and we ended up waiting 45' for a bus, were crammed with >150 people on bus and completed less than 50% of the whole tour.

Did the panoramic tour. Not worth it. Got off in Old Town and walked back to the ship. Very expensive city.
