Take shuttle and buy ticket for "Hop-on,Hop-off"bus. Good tour even if you don`t get off before the end of tour.

We stayed there for 3 nights prior to the cruise. Beautifull city with absolutely loads to see and do. We purchased a 48hr pass for the Trains, Metro and Subway. Really easy to get around
