We took the 4 hour bus and Acropolis excursion and loved it. We got a complete appreciation of the highlights. The walk up was less work than it looked at the start since we stopped several times to hear the guide give valuable insight.

This was probably the most disappointing port. We stayed in Athens for 2 days. Once you have seen the acropolis they is not much else to see. Again a very challenging area for disabled people or those with limited mobility. There is a lift to the top of the acropolis, however there are 55 steps to reach the lift, there was again a lift up these steps but only for those who are wheelchair users. Port of Piraeus was not the best for facilities.

Did not enjoy hop on hop off experience. Our choice of tour was sadly cancelled and no real choice of tours available.

Take taxi to cruise ship. Do not take Metro unless a one mile walk is acceptable.
