the Pyramids were the ultimate sight of a lifetime;driving through the cities of Alexandria and Cairo was a great eyeopener to the contrasting lifestyles of westerners;you can also see the modern ring road area being built with shopping malls,Starbucks,McDonalds and mosques side by side ...a camel ride is a must!

Loved it! People were friendly. Our guide Hamey was fantastic! Must see the Cairo Museum and go to the mummy room. Fascinating. Want to do it again! First trip was with Azamara. Our next will be Viking in 2018. Can't wait.
