We went to shore and walked around the city. Enjoyed sitting and taking in the surroundings.

There is a very inexpensive open market in Split. The US dollar is strong there and you can find bargains in the open market.

Everything went well, from when we arrived until boarding.

A bit of a walk into the town but we had fab weather so not a problem. You can join a walking tour when you get to the town or just wander round and enjoy the shopping and bars.

Did this on our own, too. Climbed the bell tower (2 euros) walked through the museum (3 euros) and had some gelato (1-2 euros). Walked through the old town and sat along the shoreline.

Nothing much to do here either although if you love seafood don't miss trying out a good restaurant here.
