Was good except for horrible cable car to get back - 90 minutes in a densely, densely packed 12 person wide shoving and pushing line .

Always nice... but very very over crowded. Head to Oia immediately.

Very nice place, but extremely crowded with tourists.

If you’re willing to take a two hour wait to go up a cliff and a three hour wait to come back down the cliff then you will love the place. We had a five hour stop over and that’s all we did is go up a cliff and down cliff.. the island cannot handle seven cruise ships at the same time. It can barely handle one if that. The infrastructure cannot handle the multitude of people from the cruise ships. Long lines and no infrastructure for bathrooms or roads or anything else for that matter.

Santorini was interesting, the archeological ruins were fantastic and a must see. The town was difficult to navagate as my wife had a scooter and there were stairs everywhere. This was a stop that required tender boats and a difficult cable car back to the tender boat that required many stairs. This island isnt handicap friendly.
