The Beach Club (Virgin Voyages), Bimini Bahamas Port Reviews

This was my first trip to The Beach Club in Bimini and I enjoyed the day just lazing on the beach and enjoying the very very clear cool water. It was refreshing. Very nice facilities and Caribbean food. I had the Curry Pumpkin meal with Corn cob and Rum Cake. Later, I had the Caribbean Curry Chicken with Roti, oh, so delicious. I also sampled the Red Snapper on a fig leaf, with pepper sauce, tasty. Washed it all down with a glass of Coca Cola. The ship’s DJ played great music at the Beach Club, weather was great, sun with a slight coolness in the air.

The beach club is great - both the pool and the ocean. The pool float party in the afternoon was a highlight. The curry for lunch was excellent.

The beach club did not look anything like the picture on website. It was more rustic. We could not find anyplace to refill water bottles and no where to get a snack like fresh fruit. Bars were good and bartenders made some great drinks.

Nice beach day. Happenings Cast keep the party going at the pool. Drink menu seemed too sugary and heavy. Could use more citronella around the dining areas

The beach club was excellent. Do NOT bother with a rockstar cabana unless you don't like people. The pools at the beach club was on point and music was loud enough to hear from the ship about 5 miles away (from our balcony) The cabanas best to pick are poolside or just grab one of the many many beach chairs, lounges, mattresses or seats. You don't need a cabana unless you feel rich.

It was very much the same as Grand turk. Offered about the same types of things to do. We had a kayak Excursion books but high winds canceled it so we rented a golf cart. It took about an hour and 15 minutes to explore the entire Island before we turned in the golf cart. I don't see any reason for renting it for an entire day! I think that would be a waste of money. The beach club at Bimini was beautiful, lots of fun and the food was delicious.

We went to virgin's private beach club. This place needs work. There are other things to do in Bimini and it seemed like a popular thing was to just grab a golf cart from nearby the port and drive yourself around the island. But we didn't do that. We went with most everyone else to the club. The food was dry and taste it old. None of it was very good. The bar lines were atrocious. It took 30 40 minutes to get a single drink. Now in their defense, this was the very second time virgin had sold out one of their cruises so there were a lot of us and they weren't ready for it. I have since been on another virgin voyage and this place has come a long way! That being said, the pool is fun and the beach is fun, but that's about all it is. So don't expect too much.

I was disappointed in the Beach Club at Bimini. It had been hyped up sooooooo much but past the nice entrance and the pool...much was left to be desired. The last 2-3 rows of chairs on the beach had no umbrellas. All the other rows did. There were no little tables by the chairs either and so you had to out Your drink cup in the sand...everything someone walked by, sand in your cup. The seats had the cheap rubbery plasticky slats...I literally have seen very similar seats at Walmart! This is your luxury beach club? Food choices were very little and it was NASTY!!! The bar was pure chaos. We stayed maybe 2 hours and went back to the boat. Usually at private beach destinations I'm out there until close to time to get back on board. I couldn't wait to leave here.

The beach club is awesome. The food, DJs, and bars combined with the beachhead are so much fun and this was definitely my favorite part of the trip. The pool party was the best part.

This was a great beach day. You can use your onboard bar credits here too. The DJ and onboard crew were here for entertainment. We went to the local casino which was pretty quiet. We also took a walk down to Smitty's . There was a small conch stand name Braxton's. Freshest conch ever. He pulled the conch straight out of the water/shell amd prepared the conch in front of us.
