Sort of. The lease is in Holland America Line's name and HAL is owned by the Carnival Corporation. Carnival Cruise Line does get to use the island since it is also owned by the same Corporation but they are not the direct lease holder.

But you do have to pay for chairs and thing like that but food is free lockers are not
