it is documented when you check in at the port with your information. we saw people get turned away trying to get off in grand turk. this is grand turks policy and not carnival's

lorinrob... no. you don't need to show proof. when you scan your card to get off, it has that info in the system as to whether or not your vaccinated

One must be vaccinated to disembark at the port.

does carnival ask for proof of vaccine at the check in of the cruise ? I thought they were not asking anymore

Yes carnival does ask at check-in in the terminal if you are vaccinated. They did the 4 times we cruised this past year anyway. Even last month.
