What a beautiful place! I don’t know why people would complain about visiting beautiful beaches! We went to the resort where we had a great time but there is a beautiful free beach at the end of a short pier. Not at all commercial but I think that is a bonus.

Would love to have had 2 days at Bimini! Gorgeous day enjoying God's creation and time with the locals. Free tram, the golf cart taxi service by Bahama Mama Annie. Fun experience and good food at Joe's Conch Shack.

I did the Resorts World Beach with Lunch excursion. I had read some not very encouraging things before my cruise, but for a relatively inexpensive price it was a nice day at the beach. You could either go to the pool or the beach. Both locations had loungers and umbrellas. I chose the beach. You were greeted with a Bahama Mama, which was refreshing but not strong, for those who are expecting a "kick." There were several bars available, although I didn't take advantage of them. The included lunch had several options - Caesar salad, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, hamburger, cheeseburger, hot dog, chicken strips, or fish strips. The food was your basic beach food but not bad. The water around Bimini was a beautiful blue.

This is exactly the kind of tourist-trappy island I love! There are endless motorsports, e-bike rentals, a huge casino, ship to beach shuttles every few minutes, several giant pools, gorgeous beaches, easy bar access with strong drinks, beach music, and everyone barely dressed. What is not to love?! We went to the cheesiest Virgin Cruise Lines owned Beach World Resort and had a lovely time. Yes it was a little trashy, all the women wearing much smaller swimsuits than they would ever wear at home pool or around family and friends, because they are on a cruise with strangers. They bought this never worn before swimwear for this exact purpose. All the men seem to be smiling. All the woman pretend to not be self conscious about their unprecedented exposure. It is... seriously... I mean... it is hilarious watching a woman walk in her foreign-country "test thong" for the first time! It appears very difficult to walk on unstable sand with nearly-locked knees! 😳🤪😆😂 of course, I was tipsy so everything was funny! My wife even laughed her, uhm, head off! We appreciated the umbrella service, and bar servers who came to us, because we tip, duh. I know you paid to get in, but if you don't tip the help, you can't complain about difficulty getting help. It is not like billionaires like Virgin Airlines owners actually pay his third world staff anything. He is an elitist globalist jerk, who does own a fun stretch of beach with cool clean pools nearby. 🍷cheers!

There was nothing really there unless you paid for an excursion of some sort. The beach had trash everywhere with no trash cans to take care of anything. But the water was beautiful.

We didn’t do an excursion in Bimini. We went to the free beach & enjoyed the day swimming in the beautiful water & sitting out on the white sand.

If you're going to Bimini, take the excursion to Bimini Beach. It's about $54 and includes one cocktail and transportation. If you do not, you're limited to small Paradise Beach which smells like sewage when the wind blows a certain direction.

Pretty but Dominican was better!
