Do not let the ladies giving messages at Aqua Sol (closest beach to the terminal) rub you down with supposed "lemon grass" that is actually baby oil.

Just be careful, many will try to get you to buy stuff here and the items are nice, just dont feel pressured. They are nice people though. If you go to Dunns River Falls, buy the video, its 40.00 but worth it. Memories on film last forever!

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy this port at all, and I didn't do an excursion. If I'm on a cruise going to this port again I will more than likely just stay on the ship. Nothing against anyone, it was just not for me.

Doctors cove beach was awesome truly amazing! Pushy people in stores, hip strip looks scary buildings ramshackle, too many people driving on roads hectic traffic

Locals can be a bit aggressive felt a little unsafe at times. Beach was great.

This was our second time to this port, we booked an excursion to the dunns falls with bobsled tour with Globe trotter adventure tours. It was alot of fun, we climbed the falls and had our pictures taken, the bobsled tour was a bit crowded but we enjoyed it. The views were great from the skylift and we used the infinity pool afterwards. Our driver took us to scotchies jerk for lunch, it was delicious and we had a great time with him, he even got us cold jamaican coconuts that werw so refreshing. We heard alot of scary stories about this port and are glad we didnt stay on the ship, we didnt experience anuthing like what we heard. Highly recommend a tour to the dunns falls and Globe trotter adventure tours.

Rose Hall was an interesting enjoyable excursion. We stopped at a shopping district on this tour & were excited to find a 30 year old Appleton Rum that we were keeping our eye open to find for the last 5 years. We would definitely consider coming back to Montego Bay as the people here were so nice.

We did the bamboo river cruise. Loved it. Howard was our guide. Very interesting and friendly. Didn’t want to do anything else on the island though.
