our last visit we did a day tour which we enjoyed very much to the aloe factory, the highest point on the island, the farthest point of the island to the California lighthouse & Arashi beach * this time we just hopped on a local bus to the beach * there are local vendor stands as you exit the dock

Beautiful beaches on Aruba. We took the public bus ($5 pp round trip) to the far north end of the island to Arashi Beach to snorkel. After we snorkeled a while, we walked along to the road to the very end of the island. A great day.

We prearranged for a day pass at the Rui Antilles and it did not disappoint. The beach was perfect and the food/drinks delicious and plentiful. We were able to rent a float for $5 for the day which was a bonus.

We rented a car and traveled the entire island, went out to the windmills, f Drove through the park to the caves. Drove to the beach, and lighthouse.

We went deep sea fishing. Caught wahoo and tuna then they took it to Driftwood restaurant were they cooked it for us. Delicious!!

We took this cruise primarily because Aruba was on the itinerary and we have heard nothing but great things by those who have visited. It was nice but not what I was expecting.
