We were there in May. The price was $50 for two chairs and an umbrella. All the chairs were sold out well before 11:00 AM.

We were there in April. chairs could be rented on beach $10. There were umbrellas but we did not get one. There was a small place to buy drinks and food. Expensive IMO.
