it looks like you get there at 1:00p. Our Eagle beach experience at that time was that the chairs were all rented out when we got there and the refreshment stand closed shortly afterward. We never saw any cart vendors. hope yours is better

They have a bar and grill called Coco Loco. I was there in march.
