We booked the Bonaire highlights and island tour through msc! It was a great excursion! Our driver was very informative! Re circled the island and drove by the dive spots as saw as the rock formation walls. We saw the flamingo ponds, the cactus walls and visited the chichi tan liquor market were we were able to sample the flavoured liquor of the island as well as the fresh made coconut cookies. We then went to the salt flats were we saw the Cargill salt mine, the salt hunts and then returned to the ship and took photos with the landmark plastic flamingo!! Happy

Went to Klein Bonaire island to snorkel. They took us over and stayed with us and watched our gear. The one rum punch they served wasn't very good. The reef was magnificent. Would go there again!

Karel's Bar and Grill on a pier on the waterfront was a delightful respite to stop for a drink before reboarding the ship.

The water & fish on this island are tremendous & we also took the Best of Bonaire tour to see the salt fields & flamingos. This is the best for snorkeling & scuba.

We did an excursion with someone local and they took us to the salt flats, slave huts, we saw flamingos in Lake Gotomeer. Luckily the Flamingos were close enough, not for a nice photography with a normal camera but to appreciate them. In the end we went to Cadushy distillery where they make cactus rum and they give you a taste. The tour was quite fast, and at 12:00 PM we were back. Bonaire is beautiful and I wanted to see more, the man who gave us the tour explained everything very well. Near the boat there are many shops and it is very nice too, there is an area where they let you bathe in front of the cruise, but it has many stones. The sea has a beautiful color in Bonaire.
