Recovered from hurricanes pretty good. Chartered a boat and went to Sandy Spit. Little bit smaller than before, but it’s coming back. Went to JVD, they are bouncing back. Everything is a little smaller scale as they are still recovering. Good to see them all open.

Very uncomfortable shopping - they followed every move you made. Seemed seedy to me.

Check out Brewers Bay for a good beach. They rent clear canoes there. Bar and food is available. I would highly suggest bringing your own snorkeling equipment. Cab ride was under $10 per person.

If you are on your own, please keep an eye on the travel time back to the ship. The traffic near the pier is terrible. We got off a mile from the pier and walked back to the ship faster than those staying on the bus.
