Luckily I read reviews before I go to places so I know what to expect. For example, lunch is only served between 12-2pm, we didn't eat at the island buffet. Instead we did the food trucks since we were tired of burgers and hot dogs. Guess what? Same food haha. When we first arrived, we stopped at the ice cream and coffee shop - they did not greet us or asked what we wanted (a bit awkward, but ok) and they had no ice cream at 10am. By the time we left 3pm, they had ran out of the fish cone, got a regular cone. No biggy. The beach and water was great. It isn't that far of a walk to bimini beach, maybe 10 min. Workers on the golf carts don't beep to warn you they're passing by - you share the road with them despite a sign indicating the driving path and a walking path. The beach has nets so the waters don't have many wildlife but you can see some fish in the waters. Chairs are free and plentiful, umbrellas $29. If it's shady, you won't need the umbrella.

I absolutely love this private island. The buffet was great. Getting on the island and back on the boat was a breeze. The lagoon was very nice for children and wanting to get in the ocean with calm waters and easy entry but Sunset Beach, just beyond the lighthouse, was absolutely perfect and breathtaking. The beach entry was rocky and served challenging for some but once you get past the 2 ft rock entry it is beautiful sandy bottom with crystal clear turquoise waters. Even though there were waves, they were calm and didn't knock me off my feet. The temperature of the water was divine. And the only creatures we saw were big beautiful conch shells and a stingray. If I never sail MSC again, I will miss this island.

Bimini beach was beautiful! Again workers were not friendly and were bothered when asked questions. Transportation worker was driving so fast we almost flew off.

Wonderful place. We enjoyed the benefits of the private island. Visited 2 different beaches, really enjoyed. Except we got really burnt by the sun

Fantastic island. It’s under a bit of construction but nothing that takes away from your experience. Lots of food trucks spread out if you don’t want to eat at the main dining area. All the beaches close 530. The water is so beautiful and it’s just a relaxing day. Rent an umbrella $29 if you don’t have one as that sun is hot! Wish we had another day there.

The island was very nice .. it’s a nature preserve so it’s not over developed.. a lot of green space

This was the best part of the trip. Island was recently rebuilt and is clean and decently maintained. Some rough edges but nothing to concerning. MSC's ability to run the island is a different question. The lunch buffet was a disaster, not well communicated and ran out of popular items. It was also abruptly closed and people redirected to some awful food trucks with 7 items on the menu and which had also run of most items.

Beautiful beaches. MSC has done an admirable job rehabbing the island. The buffet was crowded.

Visit the cove side. The ocean side is very rocky and hard to walk on.
